The geographical center of the canton of Zurich is at the Rütihof near Wangen, a large stone with an orientation table under an impressive tree. PS: the geodetic center of the canton is near Brütten, so much further north.

The Silberweide nature station offers an intense experience of nature: an adventure path leads past flower meadows, hedges and ponds and shows the special features of the Greifensee area. In the observation hut you are almost invisible to birds and can watch them undisturbed. The kingfisher is a frequent guest with us. You can climb, research, discover and play on the near-natural adventure playground.

Regarding the first comment: We are here at Lake Greifensee, not Lake Pfäffikersee. Regarding the second comment: You can see the mountains in the distance when you look across the lake, so from the north bank of the lake rather than the south bank. Sorry for my corrections (but there are generally a lot of mistakes and sloppiness in photos and comments in highlights).
