The General Wille Trail is usually cycled up. The first section is hardly or not at all rideable for organic bikers. Even with an E-MTB you reach your limits. A real challenge. On the meadow, the route then goes more flowing uphill to the edge of the forest and up to the Homberg gap.

The Roggenhaus Trail is a very narrow path where you have contact with plants. First you cycle through a very narrow rut, later on a clay ridge with many roots. The trail is a bit tricky because it offers many surprises after turns. But the slalom around the trees is fun.
