There's a short steep section from Mordau to Bischofswiesen. Inexperienced cyclists may need to push. The uphill climb is quite strenuous.

If you don't want to go down the same way, this is the only alternative. I found it very strenuous with a 27 kg e-bike. Very steep, slippery, lots of roots, the occasional hairpin bend... Anyone who goes up here on an e-bike is an Avenger.

Very nice descent along the Wappbach. But only really exciting for MTB beginners. But the scenery is very attractive.

Beautiful and flowing descent from Röthelmoos down to Weitsee. Be considerate and cautious of hikers on the trail.
