The cast-iron, white and gold bathtub by the regional artist Matthias Braun is intended to be reminiscent of the famous baroque architect Balthasar Neumann. Among other things, he designed the Würzburg Residence, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The garden pavilion built by Neumann not far away is connected to the bathtub: "Theoretically, if you lay down in the bathtub, you would have a line of sight to the pavilion."

Balthasar's bathtub is a modern fountain in the center of the market town of Randersacker, the installation of which was well received by the national and international press. Balthasar's bathtub is a free-standing curved bathtub on a stone pedestal, painted white on the inside and golden on the outside, which serves as a fountain trough. The outlet pours into a gully from the middle of the tub. A block of stone rises behind the tub as an inlet with a golden tap. The words Balthasar's bathtub are engraved in gold letters.

Balthasar's bathtub is reminiscent of Balthasar Neumann, an important builder of the Baroque era. Among other things, he created the Residenz in Würzburg and the Käppele.

The quarry is very interesting and the scenery is beautiful.
