The middle section, once the most beautiful, is still impassable due to wind damage. It will probably never be the same again, even if the trunks and treetops are removed 😢

The first half coming from Leising partly fell victim to the harvester :( The old trees that were ultimately easy to ride/jump on are now gone, but a new, thicker one has fallen over them at a height of 1 m (see photo by Kojack12) Shortly before the end, the 50 cm thick beech tree still lies across the path. Update: free since fall 2023

At the moment it's really great to ride, all in all S1, but 2-3 sections over stone steps and drops with roots could be classified as S2!

I'm down here on 06/22/2022. Coming from Dürn, the path forks. Take the left path here. After about 20-30m the entrance to the Cloud Rider is on the right-hand side (see pictures). Very nice trail with 2-3 small paragraphs. Very good to drive.

Great part, the start is already the difficulty. The rest is skill and enjoyment. Edit 7/30/22: The lower area is used as an excavation depot. Luckily the rest of the trail runs alongside the graded path

Really fun, albeit challenging, trail. In the lower area, just before the bike path, the storm unfortunately raged a bit and the tractors also took a bit off the trail.

I visited the trail on 09/12/2020 and decided to take the left path of the uphill coming from Unterbürg. Thought the name Cloud Rider was wrong, Stone Rider would be more appropriate. The path is crisp and steep and repeatedly covered with loose, larger stones, but it is always drivable. Halfway up I saw another path up on the other side of the wide ditch (to the right of the path) that looked more like Cloud Rider. Probably taken the wrong way this time. One more reason to stop by again.

An outstanding trail with fast and flowing passages, but also with some technical parts. The trail is actually called the Kressensteig.
