The route changes in detail again and again due to fallen trees etc. Optimal access to the S2-DH ("Fast, difficult downhill fun") - great combination!

Trail currently NOT passable. A lot of storm damage in the eastern part that cannot be avoided.

This is where the Bergische Weg, Erlebnissteig Sieg and others meet.

Also known as the Kapellentrail. Great trail, but be careful on the first ride, it's better to use the brakes again to scout the trail first. Has its tricky corners.

Currently quite tree-free due to forest work, but still completely accessible.

08/23/2021 -> Approximately in the middle of the trail, a tree trunk protrudes into the route. Avoidable, but definitely watch out.

The trail was messed up for several hundred meters with tree trunks, which are exactly at a 90 degree angle to the path. Someone here seems to really hate mountain bikes. There were about 30 tribes. Most of them were magically cleared away 😎 The idiot who laid them down does not help the forest either, otherwise new / additional paths will simply arise around the obstacles. A few hundred meters further, a harvester has left traces that are certainly more serious than the traces of use by hikers and bikes.

At the moment, unfortunately, it is absolutely impossible to drive on. After the felling work, all 3-5 meter trees are above the trail, we had to push and lift 90% of the trail today. As of March 8, 2021
