TRAIL uphill: challenging, not much space and on the left it goes steeply downhill, but nice. TRAIL downhill: very challenging, super narrow, very steep sideways slope ONLY recommended for cracks and 2 trees lying on the super narrow trail (15.5.2024)

Beautiful route from Niederwerbe to Oberwerbe and then if necessary continue on the cycle path to Alraft. Little incline.

Nice downhill from the pulpit to Hemfurth. But also easy to ride uphill.
