As the second-largest tributary of the Emscher, the Boye River also long served the same role as many rivers in the region, resembling a slurry basin. Even when the water level is low, the reed beds look very attractive.

The problem with the matter is the approach to the 120m high heap, which is quite strenuous and has a few meters in altitude. But the view makes up for it and the huge steel pyramid also has its charm.
