Above Ohlbach, you'll be treated to a typical Sauerland panorama: rolling hills, expansive meadows, and dark forest edges that stand out starkly against the sky. On clear days, you can see for miles – a view that will automatically make you pause. Be sure to linger here for a moment at the forest edge. In the early morning or at dusk, deer are often seen here, quietly grazing at the edge of the field. And with a bit of luck, you might even spot a fox prowling along the edge.

Finally a nice descent

On May 2nd, 2024, absolutely nothing happened at this place! Nevertheless, it is a beautiful hiking area towards the ascent to the Härdler.

Great climb - great descent with up to 12% or 13% on a good surface. A pleasure from both sides!

Beautiful view of the mountains and towns (in good weather you can even see very far)

Coming from the north, from the "Hohes Lensscheid" road. Go up a decent, busy mountain. But once at the top, you will be rewarded with a beautiful view.

Attention, do not confuse it with the hiking car park at Albrechtsplatz Bad Berleburg. Here is actually except for the (renewed) sign and an asphalt place: nothing :-D
