The Kappel monastery was a Cistercian monastery until the years of the Reformation, after which it was converted to social purposes, including as a boys' boarding school. Today, part of the complex is used as a seminar hotel and educational center. There is a monastery café for refreshments and a restaurant in the monastery cellar.

What I find particularly nice: The first "gondola" of the cable car, which by the way was put into operation in 1954, were those of the legendary national exhibition or "Landi" from 1939.
