Nice trail starting with a very rolling part and then drops into more technical and rocky stuff. Nothing impossible to do though. There are some sharp switchbacks.
S 3 with steps to S 4, very variable in surface and difficulty, slope, rock garden, curved slides, rocky steps, boxwood tunnels, one of the classics of the area that you can't miss
S 3 In both directions, a trail that 30% is cycled on a limestone slab, without large steps, very flowy, hard climb but cyclable with muscle if you are strong
S 3 long stretch through a natural tube with boulders the size of cabinets that you have to avoid or step over, steps and curves, almost always on a surface of dry leaves
