A superb, very well-maintained descent; thank you to those who created and maintain it! It's beautiful, it's smooth, it's enjoyable. Some sections are rated red, but easily avoidable.

They have the best accessible toilet within a 20 km radius.

This montana center is also a bar, restaurant, and possible to repair the bike. The VAE will be able to recharge the battery in the beautiful restaurant/bar room. Super nice welcome.

I did this on a gravel bike and had a great time BUT it would be much much more comfortable on a MTB ! The track varies quite a bit, might have to carry your bike in some sections

It is one of the gateways to the Irati Jungle. Many paths start from here to enter the forest, reaching the Irabia reservoir or passing to France. These roads are not paved, although they can be crossed with a road bike if the tire size is 27 or larger. At this entrance there is a bar/hostel where you can eat very well. It usually has a lot of atmosphere on weekends and holiday periods.
