Dear MTB riders. The description states that this route is easy for beginners (the green route), but after doing it with my son we come to the conclusion that the red route is really a lot easier. Perhaps a matter of preference, but we found the green route much harder. Lots of climbing, really lots of roots and areas with soft sand. The red route is much smoother with better transitions and therefore much easier for less experienced cyclists in our opinion.

this mtb route is highly recommended. added this myself to my gravel route to make it a little more exciting.

Speed is needed, because of a drop in the descent. You can do the whole descent without braking, but it is narrow and pay attention, especially when it is wet.

Good path, nice single track, lots of roots not recommended with a gravel bike, lots of "brake" holes just before the turns

Really nice and firm up and down, keep your attention when the surface is wet because you can get off the path (against a tree)

Beautiful, fast paced and fun. Doable on gravelbike if you don't mind short dips (and big puddles)

The routes are great! In my opinion, that vignette may be introduced nationally if it is subsequently maintained so well everywhere. This sign is a great example of this!

Outside in the pit: a nice, hip place in the middle of nature near the pit of dragon steyn in low fires. Attractively set up! Nice coffee, good soup, otherwise I would like to come back again.

Partly due to the tree roots a bit more technically challenging. If you are a novice rider, get out of your saddle and reduce your speed a little.

It may be flat, but you need the correct cornering technique to move smoothly through it. Nice track, but keep your fellow bikers in mind because it is a real “single” track.
