A superb pass, not a single car, a superb view, only red granite rocks above Propriano; it's sublime. I recommend going up the D557, whose road is quite damaged, and going down the D19, which is in perfect condition. The view of Propriano becomes increasingly open and unobstructed as you descend the D19.

The Vaccia pass culminates at 1,191 meters above sea level. It thus connects Zicavo in Taravo to Aullène in Alta Rocca and offers a very beautiful view at its summit. A farm inn is located at the pass and allows you to eat.

One of the most beautiful views of the Aiguilles de Bavella. In the North > South direction, it is the last great breath of fresh air of the entire GR20. Take advantage of the heights, the clouds, the rocky points, they are really worth it.
