Nice space to practice jumping. The forest setting is very nice and landscaped with a few bumps.

Nice section of about a kilometer. Very popular with mountain bikers, it is very interesting for trail running. On rainy days this segment can get very muddy. So choose your trail shoes adapted to face the terrain with safety. Going uphill, this is an opportunity to test yourself on steep slopes that are fairly frequent in trail running.
