Be careful, this trail is a T4. From the Glaspass you get the feeling it is easy. But the further you get to Beverin Lücke, the more difficult it becomes. In some places, a misstep is not ideal and can lead to a fall. Do not do it when it is wet. Do not rush. The route from Beverinlücke to Glaspass is 2 hours. We are experienced hikers, even in the T4 area, and it took us 2 3/4 hours.

The view from the Glaser Grat into the mountains and the two valleys, on the left into the Safiental and on the right into the Domleschg and Val Schons, is fantastic and overwhelming.

While the ascent from the Safiental leads through steeper terrain, the slopes towards Tschappina are comparatively gentle. The view to the south is dominated by the impressive face of the Piz Beverin.

The church of St. Luzius, first mentioned in 1508, was rebuilt in the Baroque style in 1678–80 and restored in 1962. The interior is richly decorated. In the choir, an eight-part picture cycle tells the multi-layered legend of the church patron Lucius. On the altarpiece, St. Lucius is enthroned above the Obervaz settlement terrace. The choir arch and the nave are adorned with 26 emblems. In the nave vault there is a fresco with the seldom found north of the Alps theme The Rescue of the Church by St. Francis. The numerous inscriptions prove the financial support of the local population for the church equipment. The main facade shows a Lactacio with St. Bernard of Clairvaux and a fresco with St. Florinus of Ramosch. The two Capuchin Fathers Bernardo da Morone and Lorenzo da Edolo are depicted in the gable, flanked by the population of Obervaz. From Wikipedia Lain GR
