Start on the side of the path closest to the A86 motorway and follow it downhill. A small jump, two steps, a bend, then a change in slope followed by two bends. Then, three climbs/descents. Finally, a passage through the ferns.

From the Croix du Bois park, you just have to enter the forest to have fun. The paths and trails are technical, bumpy and sometimes steep. The perfect mix for a great mountain bike ride.

Nice climb with an average drop of 7% but overall not too technical. There is still an "ass blow" to pass (~ 13%) before the last turn leading to the tower. To leave once at the top there are the stairs which are fun to do.

A good slope that brings up the cardio for this ascent of the tower ... for the descent there are small tracks and a few nice hairpins with somewhat uneven sections ... a fairly short but great treat! ..
