The route suggested in komoot from the Chapel of St. Bernard to the north is, in my opinion, too dangerous. It is better to head west into the valley

The Cama lake is located at 1265 m. The lake remains frozen from around mid-November to the end of April, and is enclosed in a closed rocky basin downstream made up of the Piz d'Ugin and Piz de Cressim.
