Located at 2,450 m above sea level, on a spectacular natural balcony overlooking the upper Valmalenco, with a direct view of Monte Disgrazia, the Italian-Swiss ridge, and many high peaks of the Rhaetian Alps. Reaching the refuge is a hike of medium difficulty: from the village of Chiareggio, it takes about 2.5 hours to climb (850 m of elevation gain), while from San Giuseppe it is slightly longer but with gentler gradients. The trail is well marked and offers increasingly expansive views as you ascend. Excellent cuisine featuring typical Valtellina dishes.

From the platform next to the gondola you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Tsl St. Moritz and the surrounding mountains

Tiny little lake in the middle of the most beautiful Engadin forest - well worth seeing and also a great place to take a break!

From the Corvatsch mountain station at 3,303 m (Top of Engadin) you have a rare, good panoramic view of the mountains, provided you have good visibility. You can see more of this in the photos. The Piz Corvatsch summit is a little further south. Take good clothing with you, it can be cold to icy and windy. Very good restaurant.

Beautiful little lake in a dreamlike setting

Great view, it's really worth it. You should wear good shoes and not be afraid of heights. White/Blue hike, sometimes requires manual work but is doable.
