Departure from Riu de Cerdanya. The climb to the Les Esposes refuge is steady, with gradients of around 8-9%. The route is fairly smooth for a mountain bike, although there are many rocks. The view from the top is superb, offering a view of the Cerdanya region on the Spanish side.

There are a couple of rope climbs just before the summit, but they are not difficult at all. My 20kg dog climbed them up and down without any problems.

My recommendation for Visit the Cova de Anes. The most important thing is to know that the entire journey until reaching the Cova is very exposed, this means that avoiding very hot days 🥵 bring enough water for the journey,.... And of course... Flashlight 🔦 to visit inside, take extreme precautions
