At an altitude of 1,081 meters, it is located between the towns of Guadalupe and Cañamero, and is part of the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara UNESCO Global Geopark, recognized for its unique geology and biodiversity. From its summit, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views encompassing the Guadalupe and Viejas River valleys, as well as the mountainous formations characteristic of the region's Appalachian terrain. On clear days, you can see the imposing Sierra de Gredos to the north. Pico Agudo can be accessed via hiking trails that depart from Guadalupe, such as the one that follows part of the historic Isabel la Católica Trail.
