The river mouth cannot be crossed by bicycle, at least not with an e-bike. There are several meters of water between them, making it impossible for me to carry my bike that far. The water is at least 50 cm deep, and the current is strong. It was too dangerous for me.

Beautiful beach. The cycle path suggested by Komoot from L-Estartit to Playa de Pals via the mouth of the Rio Ter is rather difficult, as you have to carry the bike through the river. The water is 50-60 cm deep at the mouth, the bottom is sandy. Continuing south is also only possible after about 500 m, until then the bike has to be pushed through loose sand.

Cala del Pedrigolet is a beach in Catalonia, (Spain) that is located in the municipality of L'Escala, in Girona. It is an isolated beach 10 meters wide and 13 meters long. In high season this beach is usually not crowded. It has vegetation on the beach. It is a beach with calm waters. This beach has easy access on foot, the closest road being the GI-623. It does not have access for the disabled. Small in size, it is the only stone cove on the coast of Empúries. Located between El Rec del Molí beach and El Portitxol beach, it is accessible by the coastal path that runs through the Les Coves viewpoint. The cove is sheltered from the north wind. It is an ideal cove to observe the underwater bottom. A good place to practice snorkeling.
