Steep climb, but worth it on clear days. On the south side, a 2 km stretch is very steep, but the terrain is 100% cyclable, or on foot. However, the climb up the north face has several sections (about 5 or 6) that have a lot of irregular stone, which is difficult to pass on horseback; very few achieve it. The rest is 100% cyclable, although strong.

It is reached by a good path, well visible. At its top was an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, placed in the year 1900.

It is impossible to walk these paths looking down at the ground. The views of the peaks of Picos de Europa are an inspiration.
