If you like trials that are a little long and varied, you will like it. Be careful with a narrow area where the pedals barely fit. Also loose stone, steps, narrow areas and 180º curves. Very funny

It is a trial that can be done, in some areas, at quite a speed, it is very narrow in some points, a lot of loose stone and rock boulders that emerge in other areas. In some dribbles just enough pedals fit. For the final stretch you have to have good control. Not suitable for newbies.

After the Montserrat del Turó de Can Xandri viewpoint, the mountain bike descent circuit begins. It is advisable to use protections and a suitable bicycle if you descend quickly.

Going up from Can Bori towards Begas, before the junction that goes down towards Can Amat, on the left there is a very well marked trail with a couple of descents that are a bit complicated for beginners but in general it is very fun.

Fully cycle path with spectacular views of the Garraf coast and the incredible Garraf farmhouse. It starts with a very stony flat first section, a slight ascent with some very easy technical sections and a stony technical descent without large steps or impossible sections. With an average level of veterinary technique it is left to do very well

GRAVEL from Els Monjos to Les Gunyoles. Perfect section to include in the planning of your route through the cycling paradises of Penedès and Garraf. Mountainbike friendly :)
