Hiked January 2025. Start of stairs down dangerous and unsuitable for children. Many stairs work BROKEN or gone. Very sloppy. Signposting route, almost 0. GPS reception possibilities at the bottom limited. Special landscape but there are many nicer walks. We found it disappointing.

Fort Bravo, also known as Texas Hollywood, offers an immersive experience of the American Old West. Visitors can enjoy live shows, wagon rides, and explore authentic sets including a saloon, jail, bank, and more. Fort Bravo shows many structures from many movie sets and is well maintained. There are daily shows, with horses and performances in the saloon.

The scenes in the land of the Dothraki (season 6) and scenes on the gigantic steppe in Essos were filmed in the Tabernas Desert. Viewers of The Crown will see Charles and Diana visit Australia in season 4; these scenes were filmed in the Tabernas Desert. Several scenes from season 3 of La Casa De Papel were filmed in the Tabernas Desert and the makers of Penny Dreadful also came to this dry location for filming in 2016.
