This mountainous landscape can be easily explored from Granada through shady pine forests, even on warmer days. Good gravel routes and always great views of the Pico Veleta. Highly recommended. Don't forget water.

Nice stretch from the La Alfaguara camp, through a lush pine forest. The cave cannot be accessed because it is closed with a fence. Spectacular views from the viewpoint: much of the Sierra de Huétor-Santillán and Sierra Nevada.
