Great place to explore and loads of single track riding and jumps etc

very rutted and loamy, rooty struggled with grip , ideal for fat bike tyres or 3 inch+ and full suspension , not good for hardtails

Puddletown Woods in Dorset offers Mountain Bikers lots of short natural singletracks, downhill sections, crazy jumps even a sort of 4X track.

Do not come here jumps all destroyed and lots of glass on the floor

another great little trail with some really tight sections. Can be ridden at race pace to provide a challenge but also really great for building confidence on tighter singletrack but without the steepness.

Well kept dirt jumps, easy to find just over the gate/stile on your left.

Watch out for dog walkers walking the wrong way up - Please don't build gap jumps (doubles) the Forestry team don't like it. Build table tops!

Go looking and you will find some of the best riding in this area. What it is lacking in elevation it makes up for in technicality
