This hiking trail was freshly marked in 2024 and the ladders between the pastures were completely renewed. There is a signpost at the start, which is easily accessible from the new parking lot. Nice, easy tour. Unfortunately, the Nesvåghålo is not always accessible; in unfavorable winds and heavy seas, the glacier mill cannot be reached on dry feet. It is a good idea to have a rope with you for the last 25 meters for safety.

Beautiful hike from the parking lot (100 NOK), even in the heavy rain. However, after the morning showers, we had to backtrack near the wild stream instead of finishing the loop. No way through, gross misconduct on the part of the site managers. In addition, the course indicators are not always easy to find. And whoever says that the hike is easy is completely wrong, especially in rainy weather. It is absolutely necessary to bring suitable clothes and especially shoes.
