You do have to be prepared to lift your bike over and under the tree trunks. There were many (about 6) serious gusts on the path. Otherwise better detour from the top

Potentially beautiful path along the edge of the Dijle valley, with beautiful views over the fields and a nice route through the forest. However, the condition of the trail makes it almost impassable in many places: overgrown with grass in the open section through the fields (north side), and fallen trees and numerous mud sections from wells along the trail side in the forest section (south side).

Beautiful technical trail (S1) of just under 1km, quite narrow and in a sort of ditch. To be done in a North-South direction to enjoy the descent of approximately 30m of altitude difference.

Nice and smooth, almost flat, single track in the forest. Be careful to roots and, recently 2 hute fallen trees are blocking the way - you must push and lift your bike
