it's nice to discover it coming from the white canal, you pass the bridge over the canal and it appears among the trees, it looks like a medieval castle, in my opinion very suggestive.

Torre dell'Abate was built as a hydraulic work during the 16th century at the behest of Alfonso II d'Este as part of his initiatives to reclaim the territory of the Estense duchy. This park extends for more than 700 square kilometers and is the largest wetland in Europe. Since 2015 it has been a UNESCO site and is recognized as a biosphere reserve. The Po delta is dominated by water, by the Po, Brenta and Adige rivers and by the Adriatic Sea, which make this place a habitat for many species, especially birds such as marsh hawks, herons and pink flamingos.
