Very beautiful tour, the wonderful beech woods frame paths, at times challenging, but which open up to beautiful views, with the beginning of the foliage which gives us amazement and wonder every year in this period. The routes on the Giogana path and the Via dei Legni are wonderful. We walked the German path for the first time, a fantastic experience but also to be followed very carefully due to the minimum dimensions of the practicable section

Mount Secchieta is certainly a place that lends itself well to various mountain bike rides, with gravel only being the main road on the ridge. Be careful because it is particularly exposed to the wind so even a sunny day can bring cold temperatures at the gates of autumn. The area offers several bivouacs, low altitude compared to the ridge, with possible overnight stops. The water sources, except those at the managed refuges, almost always release only a light trickle.

Magnificent trail. Suitable as an "enduro" type MTB route. For those approaching by bike, we recommend the climb along the German path up to the Gaggi cross and then turn right at the top onto the first path that climbs up to Poggio Muschioso. From here the paths that can be traced back to the Gothic line branch off downhill (enduro!) Wonderful landscape. Not suitable for Gravel
