Wonderful places, but be careful of the road surface which, due to the numerous stones present, can sometimes become uncomfortable to ride, especially with gravel bikes.

A dream single track that winds gently through the woods. It's not technical, and the terrain is very flowy, but caution is required due to the numerous sections exposed to falls on the mountainside. Also doable on gravel bikes.

Very technical trail, suitable for experienced bikers, challenging passages

crossroads from spertaglia that leads to cospaia or to San Giustino passing through the Roccolo park with wonderful views to do both by mountain bike and trekking especially from spring to autumn.. in winter there is a lot of mud but doable

The trail is very beautiful even if a bit technical in its entirety. After about 3/400 meters going downhill it has the left side exposed and steep so pay attention and proceed slowly to avoid the risk of falling, which I do not hope for given the steepness.

Beware of loose rocks and slops, a nice gallop downhill after coffee at Pian della Capanna. Beware of walkers and cyclists on the way up. Warn on covered curves. Very enjoyable!
