The Campolattaro Lake Oasis is one of the most important natural areas in Sannio, managed by the WWF and characterized by a large artificial lake surrounded by woods, pastures, and wetlands. The scenic viewpoints along the shore offer expansive views of the lake and the Tammaro hills.

The Tre Frati are three centuries-old beech trees found on the northern slopes of Monte Mutria, within the Guardiaregia-Campochiaro WWF Oasis. The estimated age is around 500 years and they are surrounded by a dense forest. To reach the Tre Frati there are several hiking trails that start from Fonte Colle Macchio or from Pietraroja.
