On the top of Faudo wild horses are often present, but in reality they are present throughout the area, even along the slopes and up to Monte Follia and beyond. They are all gentle horses with no problems whatsoever.

The cycle route runs along an old disused railway line. The flat tunnels prevent arduous climbs and cool the body down wonderfully in summer.

Beautiful lime deposits mixed with minerals.

Monte Faudo (1151 m) is a beautiful dome-shaped mountain that rises a short distance from the sea, overlooking the Ligurian Riviera.

The gardens of Villa Nobel, once home to the famous chemist, philanthropist and industrialist Albert Nobel, consist of a 6,000 square meter park surrounding the villa of the same name. Inside there are several exotic plants including the Cupressus Macrocarpa, of Californian origin. Under this, Albert Nobel placed a cannon made by Bofors which he used to experiment with the range of weapons.
