Definitely not for all fitness levels. At times, we practically had to carry our bikes! It's a hiking trail littered with large rocks, the kind you'd find in the Dolomites just before a via ferrata. The navigation is completely off! Terrible!

Pass that divides the Impero valley with the Dianesi valleys. From here there are many MTB trails of all types.. you can try them all, they always lead somewhere. If you have an electric one, you might as well do several laps..

Certainly not a spot suitable for gravel bikes!

Starting point for trekking to Pizzo d'Evigno

Monte Faudo (1151 m) is a beautiful dome-shaped mountain that rises a short distance from the sea, overlooking the Ligurian Riviera.

Monte Faudo is easily doable both uphill and downhill with a gravel bike. I recommend going up from Dolcedo, or Civezza, arriving in both cases at S. Brigida, because it is less steep. The descent from the side of Monte Follia towards the Taggia valley is less clean, but this too is done with a gravel.
