The cycle path from Fonteavignone to Terranera isn't much publicized and if you don't know what it is and where it is, it's unlikely you'll end up there by chance (use Komoot!)... Hard surface, very good for such a route, away from modern civilization

Forca Caruso is a pass located in the province of L'Aquila: it connects the Fucino plain with the Subequi valley. Its altitude is 1,107 meters: despite the wind that often blows strongly here, the pass is loved by cyclists, who greatly appreciate its wide grasslands.
