Shortest route to reach the most beautiful place in the Pollino massif. Here it is possible to admire up close the splendid Loricati Pines, fantastic specimens inherited from the nearby Balkans and endemic to the Italian territory.

La Serra di Crispo is a spectacular place, in a truly particular environment immersed in the Pollino National Park.

From this exposed position, the statue of the Virgin Mary, who lifts the baby Jesus with outstretched arms, looks out over the vast and beautiful landscape of the "del Pollino" national park. With this work, the builders have set an impressive sign of their wish for the blessing of the Blessed Mother for their country - and above all for the people living there.

The remains of Uncle Peppe, Pino Loricato and symbol of the park, set on fire by uncivilized in 1993. It inspired the current logo of the park. A must visit near the great door.
