로즈토체 국립공원‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪6‬개의 천연기념물

The Florian Oak, whose trunk had already reached 770 centimetres in circumference, was declared a natural monument in 1956.

Roztocze National Park is the pearl of eastern Poland, protecting the unique landscapes of Roztocze with beech and fir forests and picturesque gorges. The park is famous for breeding the Polish horse, a descendant of wild tarpans, which can be seen in specially designated areas. The hike is diversified by numerous hiking and cycling trails, leading to the "Bukowa Góra" reserve or the Wieprz River, ideal for kayaking. It is worth visiting the Educational and Museum Center in Zwierzyniec to learn more about the nature of the region. Cyclists should prepare for the hilly terrain, and hikers will need comfortable shoes for hiking along forest paths.

During my stay the ponds were almost dry.

The route has recently been subject to a toll, which is almost unaffordable for foreigners. The app cannot be used.

Beautiful views of the Echo ponds, a complex of four ponds near Zwierzyniec in the Roztocze National Park. The Polish Konik (Konik Biłgorajski) often grazes in the meadows around the ponds. The ponds are filled in spring and emptied in November.

Bukowa Góra is a strictly protected area near Zwierzyniec. We will reach the top along an educational path from the city, just behind the highest point there is a viewpoint with a wonderful panorama of the edge zone of the Central Roztocze. The path is immersed in greenery, a great idea for relaxing in the bosom of nature. For people not used to hiking, the entrance may be too difficult due to the steep climb up stairs.
