Rode today... without E. Carbon Trail is open again... no animals, no more tree felling. I would say 30% challenging, 70% flowing and good to ride. But with my hardtail I was 30% at the limit and over. If you rode up without E, the short uphill pushes (not carrying anything) are ridiculously short. I can't confirm that it's poorly maintained. If someone says it's freshly swept, maybe, but if more people ride again, it will become clear. You don't have to be afraid of heights, it's possible.
