At the foot of the Muggenberg you can avoid the busy road with your MTB or gravel bike and cycle back and forth between Duggingen and Aesch. From Aesch there is a steep climb right at the beginning, but with enough energy in your legs or electronic assistance it is no problem.

The Trail Center Aesch is a great place to improve your two-wheeled technique. Various trails with different levels of difficulty and obstacles will challenge you. You can also practice jumps. The Trail Center has a toilet block and a food truck in the summer. The day pass costs five francs, but is voluntary, so you can also practice for free.

Nice flowing trail with a few waves, tables and berms. The location is also great, you come out on the forest road and can go straight back up for X repetitions. 😁👍
