@Gianni, there are no rocks on this trail. Maybe a stone block or two. The trail basically runs on forest floor. The last 10 meters down on the dirt road are very steep. So be careful and don't just hit the road!

The root trail is a real challenge for every biker and his bike. Right at the beginning it shows why it is called the Root Trail. With what feels like thousands of roots, it goes quite bumpy down the trail. Moderate at first, then quite steep in some places. The second half is more flowing, but has some key points. It should preferably be driven from top to bottom, I can imagine that it is much less fun in the opposite direction.

The connecting trail between Oberes Brüggli and Schauenburg is a beautiful, flowing MTB S1 trail. If you cycle from the Oberes Brüggli restaurant toward Schauenburg, you'll first ride along a flowing cow meadow trail. You'll then climb some stairs, then ride over roots, and then cycle along a rocky ledge. The path is narrow but well-ridden. Ride carefully; there are sometimes hikers or oncoming traffic.
