no problem for a gravel

Very nice trail at the edge of the forest :)

The S1 Ämmehorn Trail is flowing and has no obstacles, roots or other biker delights. You can cycle it quickly without any surprises. It is a bit narrow at the beginning, with trees on the right and a sloping meadow on the left. Later you cycle through the forest, where it widens a bit. Right at the beginning you drive through a dent in the landscape where you can let the bike run so that you can crank it up again on the other side.

Everything a mountain bike heart desires -> gravel, forest, meadow path. Descent, climb and many technical straights. Hardly any tar so perfect for your next adventure. The first section of the route is very natural and runs through forest meadows and idyllic Emmental hills. This rating seems exaggerated, but from my own experience I have to say that this mountain bike route is simply brilliant. Attention ⚠️ not suitable for gravel bikes, as there is a 90-degree curve down a technical steep slope with stones that are a little too coarse for carbon wheels.

I am regularly out and about around the bowl. This trail described here is awesome but definitely not for beginners. 👆And by no means S1. If you want to get down here safely, you should be able to control your bike really well. And who can get a trail that leaves little to be desired. 🤩

A short drop, and if you have enough swing, you can also go around the tree on the other side
