Great viewpoint from top of the esker. Shelter provides a nice place to rest. Multiple great MTB-paths can be accessed nearby. Just be wary of very steep, sandy downhill just at the eastside from the shelter.

A smooth and playful singletrack winding through peaceful pine forest. Fast, flowy, and perfect for letting the wheels roll.

All routes in Suonenjoki official MTB routes are well marked with blue-and-white signs like the one shown in the image, as well as yellow paint dots on trees.

A wonderful gravel route from the direction of Kulho for more experienced drivers. Otherwise, mostly a mountain bike route.

The trail is elaborately laid out, but is obviously rarely used. The fixtures require maintenance and some tree obstacles block the way. So the hiker can go on his tour undisturbed 😅

Epic 50 km trail in Hossa.

This trail promises pure riding fun! The Sininen saavutus Trail has been awarded the "Epic" label by the international mountain bike association IMBA. These are magnificent natural trails that are at least 30 kilometers long, technically and physically demanding and are located in a scenic area. Most of these gems can be found in the USA and Canada. In Europe, only four trails made it onto the list. The other three European IMBA Epic Trails can be found in Switzerland, Iceland and Wales.

This marked mtb trail segment was challenging, pushing the bike was necessary in places but some bits were easier to ride.
