Watch out for the Slovak section from Medralowa downwards, there are a lot of broken and cut trees which are sometimes difficult to get around, info from 01/05/2025. The path is in poor condition, in the summer it is so overgrown that it is even difficult to find it.

Here you need to take the cable car (price list and general information here https://skolnity.pl/) to go down one of the bike park routes, e.g. Zielony Zygzak or Red Air. Apart from that, it's a great place to relax. Good food in the inn right next to the station!

To set off down the mountain on the famous "Twister" route, you need to take the Szyndzielnia cable car. You can definitely take your bikes onto the cable car - there are even passes for cyclists that you can buy. Then it's just downhill on Twister! Good luck!

The final section of Twister is, perhaps, where its name comes from - an incredible amount of directional twists, left and right, and a whole lot of fun!

As of 04.04.2025, there is still snow on the trail. The thaw creates mud, which makes the approach even more difficult, so be careful when entering.

The route is great for those already experienced in threshing routes. You have to go quite fast because of the sections with big roots. One hesitation or low speed and the wheel falls between the roots and we fly to watch them from sea level. All drops up to 70 cm so you can safely fly. For me, it's more fun and difficult than DH+.
