A nice, small bike park with serpentine trails, a pump track, a few obstacles and 3 jump lines. Nice area near Sønderberg, probably not used much and in need of a little maintenance, but it's free. If you want to improve your skills on "natural trails", you can do that here. It's also great for fitness training. And if you're looking to push your limits with an E-MTB, you're in good hands here.

a nice piece of forest which is technically difficult in some places

I can not confirm at all It is only gravel, forest and meadow paths ... has nothing to do with the well-known MTB parcours / rods. 🧐

Small course that is laid out like a serpentine, sometimes no markings. A lot "up & down" .... some nice chicanes ... nothing really special. Looks a bit neglected / getting old ... otherwise okay ... in summer everything is definitely beautiful green and shady. 😊
