The Syrma Upper Trail is a very nice and good trail, with speed, lots of small and large jumps, S-lines, and it's still quite long. It's ideal for practicing, and I highly recommend it. The Syrma Upper Trail is also featured in this video: https://youtu.be/a1qb66CgISk

The Galopoula trail is very good for riding, flow, slightly rocky and with speed. I can ONLY recommend it.
