I rode this section in early April 2023 on my gravel bike. There was a lot of very fine sand, deep in some areas, which made the ride a bit challenging with my smooth and narrow tires. Wider, softer, knobby tires (i.e., mountain bike tires) recommended.

Be very careful to go down mainly on weekends in the morning. There are those who climb this trail, two do not pass in the same place. This weekend I fell because I ran into a biker going up. 😳😳😳
