The Durmitor is a mountain massif in the north of Montenegro that belongs to the Dinarides mountain range. The Durmitor National Park, which surrounds the massif and was declared a national park in 1952, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980. Nearly zero traffic in the morning. Excellent tarmac all the way up and down the other side too. The slope is moderate and very even, making it pleasant to drive.
