A K90 (hill size 100, normal hill) and a K120 (hill size 134, large hill) ski jump are located on Lungnet. Lugnet is a large sport complex (not only ski jumping) There are six full sized indoor pitches in the area. There are also two swimming pools (one indoors and one outdoors), a tennis hall, an athletics arena, an ice arena including one indoor ice hockey rink, an outdoor ice hockey rink, a bandy field and a curling hall. Lugnet is also Sweden's national cross-country skiing and ski jumping centre (the Lugnet Hills ski jump) and often hosts one part of the FIS Cross-Country World Cup. Several FIS Nordic World Ski Championships have been organised here (1974, 1993, 2015). The major highlight for me is the MTB from the hill down to the lift. They use the lift from the ski jumping to carry the bikes up.

The routes in Falun Lugnet are very nice. The routes are interesting and technical (cross-country) in a very beautiful environment. There are a few choices, from an easy green line to a hard black line. You can combine a few of these options, so if for example you discover that black is a bit too much for you, you can switch to the red route. At the end you can choose some more downhill-focussed lines to end your ride on a blast. If you want you can walk back up and session those lines. Have fun!
