A very small village located at a height overlooking a wide horizon. It has a small church and a small square.

Curious town that is elevated above the rest of the location as the Río Travase runs right below it and if you want to climb to the top of the town you can see good views of the area.

Nucleus that is close to the Río de Tajo-Segura and that is located in a flat area of La Mancha Alta. One of its most important points is the tower to the west of the town, called Torre del Monje, in one of the woods to the west of the town.

Castilian-La Mancha town located 950m where we find some Iberian, Visigothic and Muslim vestiges. In fact, the name comes from the Arabic "sazja" which means rock or mountain.

Beautiful windmill restored to commemorate the Manchegan emblem of Don Quixote.

Municipality located 50 km from Cuenca and 5 km from the Alarcón Reservoir. It has only 300 inhabitants. The surroundings are very beautiful and pedaling along the CM-2103 is a real pleasure.

A good place to observe the Júcar river that feeds the Alarcón reservoir. A very picturesque and peaceful setting.

As its name indicates (villarejo), its origin was from a small town or place. The second part (Periesteban) is a composite of Pedro and Esteban, feudal lords who were the cause of its foundation and owners of its territory in that distant time.
